Different indoor installation of the
environmental and save-energy air conditioner
The air-transporting indoor pipe must match with the type of the air conditioner, and be
designed well for the certain environment and the number of the orifice of air. For
example, the type of KLF-18: the length of the pipe is 20 m, and we always adopt the way
of route-changing for long pipes to keep on certain speed of airflow. When there¨s a
long air-transporting distance (longer than 20m), type KLF-25 should be chosen, and adopt
the method of high air-pressure and large amount of air to transport the air. Common
demand of air-transporting pipe design are:
1)The installation should realize even air-transporting for the whole Room.
2)The air-transporting pipe should be with lowest resistance of air and noise.
3)Beamed air transportation to certain position of workers should be installed according
to the fact of different environment.
4)The radius of bended pipes should be at least 2 times of the diameter of the pipes.
5)Reduce the number of embranchments as much as possible, and each embranchment should be
assigned efficiently on the amount of airflow. The design of the pipes should be as short as possible, and would
better adopt the method of direct air transportation, avoid too many bended positions.
